So many layers of awesome this week! I recently finished a taping a guest spot with my good friend and award-winning chef, Cori Doern on her show Cooking with Cori. The segment airs in a few weeks and I’ll update this post once more information is available.

Cori is owner of Cori’s Café and Casual Gourmet located in Sutton, Ontario. And, she is the executive chef at Clearwater Farm. Together we are making my famous fall-off-the-bone smoked pork ribs and my no hassle Hasselback potato.
